Kirkby Stephen Grammar School is celebrating another year of high-quality A Level results, with students achieving excellent outcomes that reflect their hard work, ambition, and commitment throughout their studies.
The Class of 2026 has demonstrated remarkable resilience, determination, and academic excellence, securing impressive grades and progressing to a wide range of exciting destinations, including leading universities across the country.
Notable successes include:
- Charlotte Eife – A* in Maths, A in Physics, B in Chemistry. Charlotte will study Astrophysics at the University of Liverpool.
- Victoria Hunter – A* in Sociology, A in Media, B in Geography. Victoria will study Media and Cultural Studies at the University of Liverpool.
- Alfie Maltby – A* in Geography, A in History, B in Biology. Alfie will study History at the University of Leeds.
- Scarlett Milburn – A* in Geography, B in Chemistry, B in Physics. Scarlett will study Global Development at the University of York.
- Emily Tyson – A* in Geography, A in Biology, B in Chemistry. Emily will study Biochemistry at the University of Warwick.
- Jacob Chappell – A in History, B in English Language and Literature, C in Biology. Jacob will study Paramedical Science at the University of Cumbria.
