School Day

Structure of school day

Our school day begins at 8.50am each day and finishes at 3.20pm.  The day is divided into six periods, plus a morning break and a lunch break.

The total length of each school day is 6 hours 30 minutes, and the total of our core school week is 32 hours 30 minutes.

Registration

Students are expected to be in their form rooms at 8.50am. It is important that students arrive to school prior to this time so that they are calm and prepared for the day ahead, ready to learn. Students who are persistently late will receive after-school detentions.

Lesson 1: 8.50am-9.50am

Lesson 2: 9.50am-10.50am

Break: 10.50am-11.10am

Lesson 3: 11.10am-12.10pm

Lesson 4: 12.10pm-13.10pm

Lunch: 13.10pm-14.00pm

Lunch (A) Yrs10/11/12/13 – 13.10pm-13.25pm

Lunch (B) Yrs7/8/9 – 13.25pm-13.50pm

Tutorial: 14.00pm- 14.20pm

Lesson 5: 14.20pm-15.20pm
