PA to Senior Leadership Team/Clerk to Governors

 

Job Profile:  Business Support – BS8a

 

Part-time (33 hours, term time only plus 2 weeks)

Business Support BS8 - £27852-£28371 per annum pro rata

Starting: 1st September 2023

 

The Governors are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team and to act as a Clerk to the Governors.  The role is central to the efficient running of the school.  You must be able to manage a wide range of secretarial and administrative work.  You will have excellent communication skills as the role will involve dealing with governors, staff, parents, pupils and external agencies.  The hours are spread over 5 working days with a requirement for some later finishes on Monday evenings to attend Governor meetings.
